About Hopeleaf & Our Services
Who we are, what we build, and what makes us different from other web agencies.
What does Hopeleaf Technologies specialise in?
Hopeleaf Technologies is a WordPress and Elementor specialist agency based in Surat, India. Everything we build runs on WordPress — designed in Elementor Pro, engineered for speed and SEO, and launched with RankMath configured before the site goes live. We don't list WordPress as one service among twenty — it is the platform we have spent nine years mastering. Alongside development, we offer Figma design, WooCommerce e-commerce, digital marketing, SEO, content writing, and ongoing WordPress maintenance.
How is Hopeleaf different from other web design agencies?
Most agencies are generalists — they'll build you a WordPress site, a Shopify store, a custom app, or a mobile app depending on what you ask for. We are specialists. WordPress and Elementor Pro is the only platform we build on. That focus means our developers know every plugin conflict risk, every Elementor performance optimisation, and every WordPress security hardening step. The result is websites that are faster, more secure, and better maintained than what generalist agencies typically deliver.
Where is Hopeleaf Technologies based, and do you work with international clients?
We are based in Surat, Gujarat, India — at 610 Silver Trade Center, Uttran. The majority of our clients are international: we have delivered projects for businesses in the USA, Australia, Belgium, the UK, Spain, and Egypt, among others. We work asynchronously across time zones using Slack, WhatsApp, and Google Meet. Project communication is entirely in English. Payments are accepted in INR, USD, AUD, EUR, and GBP via bank transfer, Wise, or PayPal.
How many projects has Hopeleaf delivered?
We have delivered over 150 WordPress and Elementor projects since founding in 2018 — across industries including healthcare, travel, beauty, real estate, industrial services, disability support, personal branding, e-commerce, and corporate advisory. Our client retention rate is 95%, which means the vast majority of clients who work with us once come back for ongoing work or refer someone new.
What services does Hopeleaf offer?
Our core services are: Elementor & Elementor Pro Design, WooCommerce Store Development, Web Design & Brand Identity, Digital Marketing & SEO, SEO & Content for WordPress, and WordPress Maintenance & IT Support. Every service is built around the WordPress ecosystem — we don't offer services that take us outside the platform we have mastered. See our Services page for full details and individual service pages
Can I see examples of your WordPress work?
Yes — our Work page features a portfolio of recent projects across multiple industries and countries. Every project listed was built on WordPress with Elementor Pro. You can filter by industry or service type. If you're looking for a specific kind of project — for example, a healthcare site, a WooCommerce store, or a personal brand site — just ask us directly, and we'll share the most relevant examples from our full portfolio.
Does Hopeleaf work with startups, or only established businesses?
Both. We work with solo founders launching their first professional website, growing SMEs redesigning an outdated site, and established international brands expanding their digital presence. The project type, scope, and budget vary — but our process, quality standards, and attention to detail are the same regardless of the client's size. If you have a tight budget, talk to us — we can often find a scoped solution that delivers the most value within your constraints.
Working With Us — Start to Launch
How our projects run, what to expect at each stage, timelines, pricing, and what you get at the end.
How much does a WordPress website cost?
Costs vary based on the number of pages, design complexity, and required functionality. As a guide: a professional brochure website (5–8 pages, Figma design, Elementor Pro build) starts from ₹50,000 / $600 USD. A larger business website with custom post types, content writing, and SEO setup typically falls between ₹1,00,000–₹2,00,000 / $1,200–$2,400. A WooCommerce store with full product setup, payment gateway integration, and Elementor design starts from ₹1,50,000 / $1,800. We always provide a fixed-scope proposal with a clear price before any work begins — no surprises.
How long does it take to build a WordPress website?
A standard brochure website (5–8 pages) typically takes 3–4 weeks from project kickoff to launch. A larger website with WooCommerce, custom post types, and content writing takes 6–10 weeks. A full brand identity plus website project takes 8–12 weeks. We provide a detailed project timeline with named milestones in your proposal — you know exactly what's happening and when throughout the project.
What information do you need from me to get started?
Before we kick off, we ask for: your business overview and target audience, your sitemap or a list of pages you want, any brand assets you have (logo, colours, fonts), examples of websites you like and dislike, your preferred content approach (whether you're providing content or need us to write it), and your launch deadline if you have one. We send a structured onboarding questionnaire after the proposal is signed — it covers everything we need to start the Figma design phase.
Do you design the website before building it?
Yes — always. We design every page in Figma before opening Elementor. You receive high-fidelity mockups showing exactly how the site will look on desktop and mobile. You review and approve the full visual design before we build a single Elementor widget. This approach prevents expensive revision cycles during the build phase and ensures the final site matches what you expected — not a rough approximation of it.
Will I be able to edit my website myself after launch?
Yes — this is a priority for us. We build every site in Elementor Pro specifically because it gives non-technical users a visual, drag-and-drop editor. You don't need to know any code to update text, swap images, add a blog post, or edit a service page. After launch, we record a screen-share walkthrough video showing you exactly how to manage each editable section of your site. Most clients can handle all routine content updates independently from week one.
Do you provide content writing, or do I need to supply the copy?
Both options are available. If you want to supply your own copy, we provide a content brief with word count guidance and tone-of-voice notes so it's written to fit the Elementor layout. If you'd like us to write the content, our content team can write page copy, service descriptions, about us text, and blog posts — all SEO-optimised and written in plain English that converts readers into enquiries. Content writing is priced as an add-on to any WordPress project.
What happens on launch day?
On launch day, we migrate the approved staging site to your live server, confirm all DNS settings, SSL certificate, and caching configurations are correct, and run a final smoke test across key pages and forms. We then configure RankMath SEO (if not already done on staging), submit the XML sitemap to Google Search Console, and verify Google Analytics 4 is tracking correctly. You receive a recorded walkthrough video of the WordPress admin panel and Elementor editor. After handover, we provide 30 days of free bug fixes as standard on every project.
WordPress, Elementor & Ongoing Support
Technical questions about how we build, how we keep sites running, and how WordPress and Elementor work in practice.
Why do you use WordPress and Elementor Pro specifically?
WordPress powers 43% of all websites on the internet — it is the world's most widely used CMS, with the largest plugin ecosystem, the most hosting support, and the strongest long-term development community. Elementor Pro is the leading page builder for WordPress, allowing us to design pixel-perfect custom layouts without writing a line of CSS for every element — while keeping the site editable by non-technical users after handover. Together, they give our clients a website that looks custom-built, performs like an engineered product, and can be managed by their own team.
Will my WordPress website be fast?
Yes — page speed is a core deliverable, not an afterthought. On every project we: enable Elementor's Optimized DOM Output and Improved Asset Loading experiments, install and configure WP Rocket or LiteSpeed Cache, serve all images in WebP format, set up Cloudflare as a CDN, and run a GTmetrix audit before launch. Our target on every project is a GTmetrix Grade A and Google Core Web Vitals passing scores (LCP under 2.5s, CLS under 0.1, INP under 200ms). If your hosting environment limits performance, we'll advise on the right host.
Is my WordPress website secure?
Security is configured on every build as standard. We install and configure Wordfence or Solid Security, change the default WordPress login URL, enforce strong admin passwords, disable XML-RPC if not required, and configure Cloudflare's firewall rules. For clients on a maintenance retainer, we also run weekly malware scans, monitor uptime 24/7, and apply all plugin and theme updates to a staging environment before pushing them live — so an update never breaks your site without warning.
What SEO setup is included with a new WordPress website?
Every WordPress site we build launches with RankMath Pro (or Yoast SEO, if preferred) fully configured: focus keywords set for every key page, meta titles and descriptions written, Open Graph tags for social sharing, breadcrumbs enabled, XML sitemap generated and submitted to Google Search Console, and Google Analytics 4 connected. We also implement LocalBusiness schema for businesses serving a geographic area, and FAQ schema where relevant. This is included as standard — not as an optional extra.
Do you offer WordPress maintenance after the website is live?
Yes — we offer monthly maintenance retainers covering: WordPress core, plugin, and theme updates (applied to staging first), weekly Wordfence security scans, daily offsite backups to Google Drive or Dropbox, 24/7 uptime monitoring with 60-second alert response, monthly Core Web Vitals performance check, and same-business-day priority bug fixing. You get a direct WhatsApp and email line to our support team — no ticket queues. Contact us to ask about our maintenance plans and pricing.
What happens if something breaks on my website?
If you're on a maintenance retainer, we fix bugs same business day via our direct support line. If you're not on a retainer, we offer one-off support at our standard hourly rate — contact us and we'll assess the issue and give you a quote. For clients in the 30 days immediately post-launch, all bug fixes are free as part of our standard handover period. We've been maintaining WordPress sites for nine years — most issues are resolved in under an hour.
Can you work on a WordPress site that someone else built?
Yes — this is one of our most common requests. We regularly take over maintenance, redesigns, and performance fixes on WordPress sites originally built by another agency or a freelancer. Before taking on any existing site, we run a full technical audit to assess the code quality, plugin stack, security configuration, and performance. We'll give you an honest assessment of what needs to be fixed and what can stay as-is. If the existing build is too problematic to maintain cleanly, we'll recommend a rebuild and explain exactly why.
